The case for Augmentum

Driven from the top, and reflecting the personal ethos of all our employees, we believe that customer satisfaction is critical to our continued growth. That satisfaction is largely dependent upon successful delivery and we achieve this by putting together a ‘project team’ and appointing a dedicated Account Director. Having aligned ourselves with a limited number of organisations within a specific sector, and continued to maintain a stringent hands-off policy we can also identify and target qualified candidates from a maximum spread of companies.

Critical to any successful search is the ability to sell the client as a prospective employer to qualified candidates. The fact that an unsolicited approach has been made by a third party to prospective candidates, who are likely to be content if not happy in their current role, necessitates a high degree of sales skill. That skill needs to be supported by a strong appreciation of the client brand, organisation and career opportunities that exist therein. Augmentum has already proven itself within a wide range of businesses and is happy to provide client references on request.

As a result of our industry focus we have also developed an in-depth understanding of the business models, product and/or service offerings of both our clients and the target companies from which we source candidates. This intellectual capital is a combination of our consultants’ market knowledge and a comprehensive, evolving database which is managed by our in-house research team.
