Guy Barnes is one of the founding members of Augmentum and leads the firm. He undertakes senior search assignments across Europe within the Professional Services and TMT sectors and has worked on behalf of a wide variety of organisations including some of the worlds largest corporations.
Guy previously held a number of senior roles within a leading search boutique and has an in-depth understanding of the whole leadership recruitment process that has ensured a considered, pragmatic and successful approach to attracting market leading talent.
