Andrew Davies
Andrew Davies has worked in executive search and selection for over twelve years and the majority of this time has been spent within the financial and professional services marketplace. He has represented a broad spectrum of clients including some of the world’s leading financial institutions and management consulting houses through to a variety of private equity organisations.
He is a co-founder of Augmentum and previously held the position of Account Director within a leading international search firm. Before that he led a large delivery team at one of the world’s leading recruitment and hr outsourcing consultancies.
Andrew prefers to counsel candidates on their career paths rather than focusing solely on the opportunity at hand and it is this creative and diligent approach that allows him to meet all deliverables and complete projects quickly.
